Deposit & Payment Terms ✨
Booking Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your special event date.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and may be paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash.
Gratuity:
A 20% gratuity will be added to the final balance for your convenience.
No Refunds:
Because our team dedicates time, resources, and careful preparation exclusively for your event, all payments are final and non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Rescheduling:
If you need to select a new date after your deposit is made, a new 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the updated booking.
Cancellations:
All payments, including the deposit, are forfeited in the event of cancellation.
Booking Confirmation:
If both the deposit and signed agreement are not received within 24 hours, your reserved date may be released.
Cancellations & Rescheduling 🌸
If your child is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule.
Rescheduled parties are available Monday–Thursday, based on availability.
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to select the next mutually convenient date.

Party Duration:
Final timing will be confirmed at booking. Please ensure your space is available for the full timeframe.
Setup Requirements:
A clean, safe, and accessible space is required.
What We Provide:
Please note: Decorations beyond spa stations are not included. Clients are responsible for additional décor, tables, or themed props.
R.S.V.P. & Final Guest Count 📝
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event and determines supplies and pricing.
You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests, even if someone cannot attend.
Additional guests not included in the final count will be charged at the original rate + $10 per guest.
Late Arrivals ⏳
Late guests will join the party at its current stage.
Missed services cannot be repeated due to scheduling constraints.
Siblings & Additional Guests 👯
Spa services are reserved for confirmed party guests only.
Children not included in the guest count may not use spa supplies or participate unless added in advance.
Guest Participation 💅
Participation is optional. If a child declines a service, we respect their choice.
Skipped services cannot be revisited, and no refunds will be issued for declined services.
